How long does it take to prepare the products?

  • Depending on the details of the order and the client's design, the work will not be carried out without the client's personal approval via the communication methods available in the order, and also depending on the quantities of other orders at the printing press's workshop (3-5 working days).

  • Yes, you can. We take care of the gift and deliver it to the recipient as quickly as possible. All you have to do is add the products to the cart, and when you reach the shipping stage, you will find the option "Send order to someone else." Activate it and fill in the gift recipient's information so that any evidence such as (product price, store name, buyer's name) can be removed and it will be wrapped inside a sealed box to ensure it arrives in the required condition.

Can I include a message with the gift?

  • Yes, attach the required text in the "Notes" box under the product after adding it to the cart. Upon order confirmation, the team will print the message, cut it to a suitable size, and place it inside the packaging with the gift.

Are there any additional charges for the gift delivery service, order packaging, or attaching the gift message?

  • No, there are no additional fees.
